We will perform a visual inspection of the builiding's exterior components including the driveway,walkway, grading, siding, trim and fascia, the roof system, decks/patios, exterior of chimneys. fences/gates and other items that vary from property to property. We will inspect the attic and crawlspace. The interior of the building is inspected room by room for signs and/or symptoms of normal to excessive anomalies. All major systems, such as electrical, heating, cooling, and plumbing are inspected for function and signs of excessive wear.
