Buying a home or commercial building is probably the most expensive purchase you will ever make. Though it may be tempting, this is not the time to choose your Home Inspector based on the lowest price. The cost of a home inspection is very small relative to the cost of the building and you want someone with experience, integrity, a readable report, and a good reputation. At INN-SPEC, we have the experience you need and are determined to provide accurate, detailed, quality inspections for all of our clients, whether they be buyer or seller.
With over two decades of experience inspecting residential and commercial properties in the Lake Tahoe, Carson City, Gardnerville and surrounding areas, we have a strong base of knowledge regarding local building practices, common and less common issues, and altitude related concerns that can affect a structure. When contracted with you we work for you specifically. Further, the report is delivered to you and your agent only unless you request additional copies be delivered elsewhere.
As a professional Home Inspector, it is my job to "be honest to the building" being inspected and answer any questions you may have about the report.
